David completed a Bachelors then Masters by Research at the University of Edinburgh in 2015. During his studies, he quickly grew into a functional programming enthusiast, eventually implementing his masters thesis in Haskell along with other small projects during his Bachelors degree.
After four years developing computer aided design software, David has become passionate about quality and correctness. He sees functional programming as an invaluable tool to achieve this, and hopes to promote Haskell’s use in the software industry.
